I agree. Why do people care so much? The Mormon church has the means to generate $20 million in opposition to gay marriage, yet people in the world are jobless, starving and hungry? Where are your priorities? It's slightly irrational to generate so much money for something that will at some point become reality. Change is constant. Why delay the inevitable?
